Industry Professionals

TAPS will use every possible connection to invite industry professionals to audition our program dancers. These professionals are under no obligation to hire our dancers and employment is not a guarantee but these auditions will give them valuable insight, criticism and encouragement. They will be asked to advise our dancers on what they need to do in order to be a valuable asset to their companies.

RWS Entertainment, Celebrity Cruise Lines, Princess Cruise Lines, Cedar Point Entertainment, The American Music Theater, Tuacahn Amphitheater, Go2Talent Agency, Lucille DiCampli Agency in NY, Bloc Agency, Movement Talent Agency, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Disney World, Viking Cruise Lines,  MSA and many more have given seminars at Theater Arts Preparatory School. 

Employment is not a guarantee but these connections are invaluable. These employers and agents give insight, criticism and encouragement. They advise our dancers on what they need to do in order to be a valuable asset to their companies. 

Many TAPS dancers have contracts for employment or agent representation before they leave the program.

RWS & Associates is a proud supporter of TAPS and we support RWS. RWS is located in Long Island City, NY. They create and cast for Holland America Line, Hersheypark, Palace Entertainment, Viking Cruises and are connected to many more dance opportunities. RWS will be coming every year to TAPS to help train and teach our dancers!

It is our mission to prepare dancers for the job market and we hope employers will see TAPS as a development pool of talented dancers for future hires. Job placement, means Theater Arts Preparatory School has succeeded as well.
