It was easy for us to support Jenna’s decision to go to TAPS! The program is the perfect launching pad into the professional arena – on top of the amazing dance instruction, the dancers are so fortunate to benefit from the life skills lessons taught by those that have been in the business. Add to this the lifelong connections with the instructors and the alumni, you realize this program is not only well rounded and well respected, but also an amazing value! It feels great to see these dancers prepared so well and not be burdened by insurmountable student debt.

Sorry. Not Sorry….Parent Rant: I can’t believe we gave our Blessing for our daughter to got TAPS!!!
It’s hard not to stomach that she bypassed a Full Ride Academic Scholarship that would have been 4 years of conventional college, that she would have hated, with hardly to little dancing and professional instruction like she received at TAPS….
Sigh…we are trying not to be too disappointed that she had a contract before completing TAPS and has continued to receive back to back contracts ever since. Living her Passion out! (I’m not in her brain, but not sure if she would rather be sitting in a college math course or preparing to go on the Maiden Voyage of the Disney “Wish” as of the writing of this rant!)
The hardest part for us is trying to keep it together over here as parents ….
TRYING NOT TO GIVE TAPS A STANDING APPLAUSE EVERY TIME WE SEE ANOTHER SUCCESS STORY!
